NOTICE TO PATIENTS

Minnesota Statutes 144.652 (1974) requires all health facilities which are licensed under the provisions to sections 144.50 to 144.58, or 144a.02 to post a notice of "Patient's Bill of Rights" in a prominent place in the facility.  This notice is posted in the waiting room.

If you have any complaints which arise out of these rights, the St. Cloud Surgical Center maintains a grievance mechanism to resolve them.  If you have a complaint you may request a written response. The individual to whom you should address a grievance is:
